Studio Vision. Registered Precision.
Based in the Yarra Valley, iCad Drafting combines the collaborative spirit of a boutique design studio with the rigorous precision of a building design practice.

Our Story
For over 15 years, iCad has provided high-quality building design and documentation across the Yarra Valley and greater Melbourne. We operate as a dedicated, close-knit studio, led by Registered Building Practitioners—offering a deliberate mix of creative care and technical rigour.
We don't design for our own ego; we design for your goals. Whether working with long-term ongoing partners or welcoming new clients, our focus is entirely on translating your specific brief into highly accurate, permit-ready documentation.
Our portfolio spans everything from clever renovations and extensions to custom new homes and multi-dwelling developments. No matter the scale, every project begins with an honest conversation about your needs, site, budget, and timeline. From there, we deliver exceptional designs that respect their context, suit your lifestyle, and move smoothly through the council approval process.
Five principles we hold to.
They sound simple — but they shape how every drawing, email and conversation is handled.
Registered & Certified
iCad Drafting & Design is led by Registered Building Practitioners, regulated by the Victorian Building and Plumbing Commission (BPC). Registration means our designs are prepared by qualified professionals, held to ongoing compliance standards, and backed by mandatory professional indemnity insurance.
